The ground rules

1. Who we are

2. Who can use the site

• You must be 18 or older. If you aren’t, please leave now.
• You’re responsible for checking that using free social games is lawful where you live.
• We may ask you to confirm your age again, and may restrict or close any account we believe belongs to someone under 18.

3. What the site is

The site is a free collection of social games for entertainment. It isn’t a gambling service.

• Nothing here can be bought. We take no deposits, payments or card details.
• Virtual credits in the games have no monetary value and can’t be withdrawn, redeemed, sold, transferred or exchanged for money, goods or services.
• There are no cash prizes and no prizes of real-world value.
• Success in a free game doesn’t suggest success at real-money gambling.

4. Your account

• A free account is needed to play the games. You can browse the rest of the site without one.
• Give accurate details, keep your password private, and tell us if you suspect someone else has used your account. You’re responsible for what happens under it.
• You can sign in with email and password or with Google. If you use Google, Google’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that step.
• You can delete your account whenever you like from your account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
• For security, five wrong passwords in a row pause password sign-in for 15 minutes.

5. Behave sensibly

Please don’t: use the site if you’re under 18; give false details; try to break, overload or sneak into the site or games; use bots or scripts against our forms or games; copy or resell the site or games; or use it for anything unlawful or to harass others.

6. Games and third-party content

The games are embedded game files that run inside our pages. We can’t promise any game will always be available, error-free or work on every device, and games may change, pause or disappear. Outcomes are for entertainment and predict nothing.

7. Ownership

The site, its design, text, artwork and games belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may play and view them for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Limits on our responsibility

The site is provided “as is”. We don’t exclude liability that the law doesn’t allow us to exclude (for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Beyond that, to the fullest extent the law permits, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the loss of virtual credits, which carry no value. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have by law where you live.
